Our Vision

Understanding the proper and professional role of a lawyer, as one of the pillars of justice, has become crucial in light of the weaknesses often exhibited by some attorneys, inevitably impacting the quality of judgment. A dedicated lawyer, comprehending his role and committed to his work, inspires judges to exert maximum effort in seeking the truth and upholding the rights of the just, an elevated goal for everyone, especially the state’s hierarchy. Applying the law universally achieves justice, a cornerstone of a strong and resilient state.
On the other hand, providing legal expertise to decision-makers, if possible, in legislative amendments and signaling practical issues for legislative processing becomes a duty. When discussing legal education for all members of society in our current era, specialized legal training for those involved, including lawyers, judges, experts, and arbitrators, becomes essential.
Regarding alternative dispute resolution instead of resorting to courts, arbitration emerges as an option that saves time, effort, and money for disputing parties, provided that the applicable arbitration rules are properly applied by qualified arbitrators, whether individuals or legal entities. These arbitrators should be qualified, specialized, and possess sufficient expertise to resolve the dispute according to legal texts and principles of justice.
This vision is embodied in setting our goals and outlining a clear roadmap to achieve them.

Our Aims

Our main goals are summarized based on our vision in establishing this institution to advocate for the oppressed, champion justice with all our strength and contribute as much as possible to the legislative process. We reiterate that, if afforded the opportunity, we aim to provide legal training and qualification experiences to those in need, leveraging the extensive expertise of the company’s owner in this field, crowned by the Jordanian Judicial Institute receiving the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency in 2018. This award marks the first for the judicial system in Jordan. Additionally, the company’s owner excels in devising strategies for the development of the judicial facility.
Concerning the provision of specialized legal consultations with precision and transparency, aiming to often avoid resorting to the courts and contribute to resolving disputes between parties, guiding consultation seekers to the correct legal path before wasting their time, effort, and money is one of our main goals. Lastly, participating in arbitration proceedings with professionalism, especially considering that the owner and general manager of the company earned a master’s degree in arbitration from the UK, in addition to practical experience in various arbitration decisions.

Our message

Our mission has always been that the primary goals of establishing any institution dealing with legal affairs in general and legal consultancy and advocacy in particular should primarily contribute to the advancement of the judicial sector in all its aspects. Its role should be as a key partner in achieving the ultimate goal, which is upholding justice and fairness.
The institution seeks to achieve this by actively and robustly participating in the legislative process, whether by proposing legislation projects or indicating practical issues faced by decision-makers. The institution is also committed to providing legal training and qualification for its members when they have the legal capacity and necessary expertise.
The mission of the institution is evident in championing the oppressed without compromise or hesitation and playing an active role in the litigation process, representing the client with utmost seriousness and without negligence.
